Policy RUGO Return & Exchange policy Products bought from RUGO can be returned within 7 Days in new and unused condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 25% restocking fee. Inspection RUGO FREE Inspection All RUGO customers are welcome to bring their ebikes back to the store for adjustments and inspections any time for the first week. There is no charge for this service.
